We ship necklaces, earrings, rings bracelets and ear cuffs worldwide.

- How much is shipping?

Free worldwide shipping: Orders over $199 USD

Standard worldwide shipping: $5.99 USD for orders less than $199 USD

Express worldwide shipping: $7.99 USD for orders less than $199 USD

- When will my order ship?

Your package would be well prepared and shipped out in 1 to 2 days after purchase.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- How long does shipping take for jewelry orders?

Standard worldwide shipping: 10 to 15 days

Express worldwide shipping: 5 to 10 days

Free worldwide shipping: 7 to 12 days

The shipping transit times above are only estimations, depending on the country or area you are in. Shipping transit time begins once the order ships. Please note that it might be a slight delivery delay for some packages due to the weather conditions, inspection of the international customs, holiday seasons or any other uncontrollable situations.

In order to ensure your package will be delivered properly: 

You can input Mandarin information on the checkout page, if your address is in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan.

You can input Korean information on the checkout page, if your address is in Korea.

You can input Japanese information on the checkout page, if your address is in Japan.

As for other Asian countries, please input English information on the checkout page.

All orders include tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real time.

- How can I update my address/information since I have input the wrong address/information?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your package in time, please verify your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. Please make sure your address has included the name of your mailbox, if you use it to receive packages. Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address.

If you have placed an order with the wrong address, please contact us at info@jentlejewelry.com. If the tracking number has not been issued, we would solve the wrong address problem as soon as possible.

However, if the tracking number has already been issued, a $10 USD fee would be charged for correcting the address and resending the package. A charged link will be sent to you via email. Your package will continue shipping after you complete the payment. Otherwise, your package will be returned to us if there is no response or completed payment from you. A refund deducted the shipping fee (except for free shipping) and a $10 USD fee of return to sender will be sent back to you after we have received the package again.

-How can I cancel/change my order?

To start an order cancellation or change, please contact us at info@jentlejewelry.com.

If you cancel or change your order before the tracking number is issued, all of your refund would be sent back to you.

If you cancel or change your order after the tracking number is issued which means your package has been collected by our courier and before the package departs from the original facility of our courier(according to the shipping status), your refund would be sent back to you deducted the shipping fee (except for free shipping) and a $10 USD fee of return to sender. Please note that the return fee is paid to the courier.

If you cancel or change your order after the tracking number is issued, after the package departs from the original facility of our courier(according to the shipping status) and before the package is delivered. we don't accept any order cancellation or change. You could request a return after receiving the package.

- What can I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will assist you immediately.

- What do you ship?

We ship all minimalist sterling silver jewelry, including:

- What can I do if my package fails to be delivered?  

If your package fails to be delivered, your package will be automatically be left in our courier's station for you to pick up by yourself in 5 business days. We will also send you an email and a message for a reminder.

However, the package will be sent back to the warehouse, if you don't take any action in 5 business days. Then the package will be sent to you again. If you still can not be contacted which causes the package can not be delivered, your package will be eventually sent back to us. We will send you back the refund deducted the shipping fee(except for free shipping), a $10 USD resent fee to receiver and a $10 USD resent fee to the sender, once we have received the package. Please note that all the resent fee is paid to the courier.

- Why do I need to provide extra information such as ID number, customs code, tax code on the checkout page?

According to the Import Policy of corresponding countries and areas, some of your information such as customs code, tax code, ID number, your real name, etc is requested by the customs. Otherwise, your package could not pass the customs in your country or area. Please make sure you have input all the accurate information. Please note that this extra information is only used for the customs and will be well protected.

The extra information requested from some countries or areas are listed as below:

Customers from Korea: Your are requested to provide your real Korean name (in the language of Korean) and your Customs Code, if you are a local Korean. You are requested to provide your real name(in the language of English) and Customs Code, if you are a foreigner. Please ensure your name, customs code and phone number you provide to us are corresponded with your Korea Customs Service Application.

Customers from Turkey: You are requested to provide your ID Number.

Customers from Brazil: You are requested to provide your Personal Tax Code.

- Why do I need to pay extra taxes or duties? 

During delivery, we cover tax with the DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) policy for most of the countries and areas. However, some countires and areas apply the DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid) policy which means you might have to pay the tax. For this situation, we can not get involved with it and take any responsibility with it due to this special import policy. We suggest you contact your country or area customs to know more about the import and tax details.

US tariff has been covered into the price so no extra tariff needs to paid by the US customeres.
